How do I know my level?

Use the placement test on the Home or Catalog page to get a suggested CEFR level. If you’re between two levels, choose the lower one for stronger fundamentals, or ask support for a quick recommendation based on your goals.

What formats do you offer?

Online Cohorts (live), Self‑paced modules, and 1:1 Coaching. Cohorts emphasize guided practice and feedback; self‑paced focuses on flexible progress; 1:1 coaching is tailored for speaking, interviews, travel, or professional Spanish.

Do you prepare for DELE?

Yes. We offer DELE prep tracks with mock exams, timed practice, rubric-based feedback, and a study plan aligned to your target level. You’ll get guidance on writing structure, speaking strategies, and listening/reading techniques.

What is your refund policy?

Cohorts: 7‑day refund from purchase (if you haven’t attended more than one live session). Self‑paced: 24‑hour refund unless more than 20% is completed. If you’re unsure, contact support before purchase to confirm fit.

How do schedules and time zones work?

All live cohort sessions list the primary time zone and include a conversion at checkout/confirmation. If your region observes daylight savings changes, your calendar invite will handle the adjustment automatically.

Can I switch cohorts if my schedule changes?

If space is available, you can request a cohort switch. We’ll aim to place you in a group with the same or closest level so you don’t lose continuity. Switching is typically easiest within the first two weeks.

Do you offer certificates?

We provide a completion certificate for eligible cohort tracks and select self‑paced modules. It’s not a government-issued language certificate, but it documents the level, hours, and covered competencies.

What do I need to join a live class?

A stable internet connection, headphones (recommended), and a quiet space. You can join from a laptop or tablet; phones work, but speaking practice is smoother on a larger screen with a better microphone.

Is there homework?

Yes, but it’s designed to be sustainable. Most cohorts include short weekly practice: listening, vocabulary review, and a speaking prompt. You can usually complete it in 30–60 minutes depending on your level.

Do you focus on conversation or grammar?

Both, with a conversation-first approach. Grammar is taught as a tool to improve clarity and confidence, and you’ll apply it through speaking tasks, roleplays, and targeted correction.

Can I pause my self‑paced access?

If your plan supports it, you can pause billing while keeping progress saved. Access rules depend on the product type. If you’re not sure, check your purchase email details or contact support.
