By accessing conexionreal.bond, creating an account, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a course offered by Conexion Real Spanish (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the services.
• You represent that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Account & access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly.

• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
• Course access may be time-limited depending on the product description at checkout or in the enrollment materials.
• We may update platform features to improve security, performance, and user experience.

Payments

Prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise. Prices may change, but changes will not affect purchases already completed. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable rules.

• When you place an order, you authorize us (or our payment providers) to charge the payment method you provide.
• For subscription products (if offered), charges may recur until canceled according to the subscription terms shown at purchase.
• If a payment is rejected or reversed, we may pause access until the issue is resolved.

Refunds

We aim to be fair and transparent. Unless a different policy is clearly provided at checkout for a specific product, the default refund policy is:

• 7-day refund for cohort-based courses (live cohorts), counted from the purchase date.
• 24-hour refund for self-paced products, counted from the purchase date.
• Refunds are not available if you have completed more than 20% of the content (as measured by our platform progress, downloads, attendance logs, or equivalent access indicators).

To request a refund, contact us with your purchase email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Code of conduct

We want a professional, welcoming learning environment. You agree not to engage in any behavior that disrupts sessions or harms other users.

• No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or abusive language.
• No spam, unsolicited advertising, or deceptive promotions.
• No sharing of access credentials or distributing course materials without permission.
• No attempts to bypass security controls, scrape the website, or interfere with service availability.

Violations may result in removal from sessions and/or termination of access, potentially without refund, depending on severity and applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content provided through our website and courses—including videos, lesson materials, exercises, templates, brand assets, and written content—is owned by Conexion Real Spanish or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may use course materials for personal learning only.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly share materials without our written permission.
• You may not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or access controls.

Privacy

We process personal data as needed to provide the services (for example, course access, communications, and support). Where required, we provide notices and choices regarding cookies and similar technologies.

If you accept cookies, we may store preferences such as theme selection or consent choices to improve user experience.

Liability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
